Portuguese cuisine comes to the dolphin

From the 6th to the 10th of October, I'll be preparing some classics from the potuguese cuisine as a side menu at the restaurant, so we can present our costumers with what I like to call honest portuguese food...
You'll be able to taste specialaties like

Clams broth
Black sausage and apple mash
Stuffed squid
Rosted black porc loin and chest nuts
Sweet eggs
Baked pears and port wine

The regular menu will still be available should you choose to take anything from it...
This is the first of our journeys arround the gastronomic world, we will keep you informed...
